North/north east wind. Force 4.
This proved to be a good wind for Glebelands end of Ballard down. Its geographical location means birds moving north into the wind from Durlston area have a tendancy to follow Durlston Bay. They are then confronted with Ballard Down, so have to gain height. In brisk winds they come up the ridge sometimes only a few feet from the ground regularly affording excellent views.
However counting vis mig and trying to take photos dont go together but did have time to get a few shots of birds on the move.
