Ballard

Not too much going here. Highlight was locating a Grasshopper Warbler by subsong, quite an odd noise really, a rippling with a quality not unlike a Robin.

19th Sept

Glebelands at first light. Snipe high west early morning also 2 Rock Pipit moving. 4 Mistle Thrush north was unexpected.
Garden Warbler at South Beach and this lovely Pigeon resting on one of the beach huts. Not in the racing mood today.


This bird was soaring high over Swineham GPs in the company of 5 Common Buzzard
