Fairly quiet morning. Couple of Black Redstarts at the Bill car park
Was sat having lunch at the Obs when Newty came in and said he had seen a small pale Lark with a rusty coloured head, but it had flown off. It was all sounding very good until the last bit. However we certainly had to go and look for it. Had just flushed a Common Redstart near the edge of the field when Prof waved out that he had found it.
Kestrel by the side of the road.
